Application Steps
Submit Application
Complete the online application form and submit all required documents including academic transcripts, certificates, and identification.
Document Verification
Our admission team will review your application and verify all submitted documents. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
Notice: The notice of the short listed candidate will be published for written examination and interview.
Written Examination and Interview
Appear for the written examination and interview. Please bring original documents of your academic transcripts, certificates and identification on the day of examination.
Admission Decision
Receive your admission decision via email and the online portal. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter.
Enrollment
Accept your offer, pay the enrollment fee, and complete registration to secure your place at MBUST.
Required Documents
- ✔ Completed application form
- ✔ Academic transcripts from all completed institutions
- ✔ Statement of purpose outlining your research interests
- ✔ Citizenship certificate or passport copy
- ✔ Recent passport-sized photographs
- ✔ Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume
- ✔ Three academic or professional referees with their contact information (email and mobile number)
